Wayward has heavy emphasis on ambience and scares. Playing as a child, you try to escape from a terrifying creature set on your demise!
Utilizing Unreal Engine 5's Blueprints, I made a complex and organized game with many interlocking systems.
All of the game's models and animations are custom-made in Maya.
Initially made for a school project, I went on to improve the game in every way. I'm proud of what I made and have learned so much from the experience!
