A 3D first-person horror game inspired by Slender The Eight Pages. Wander a dark forest with nothing but your trusty flashlight to protect you. There's a terrifying creature wandering these woods that can only be scared away by your light. In order to escape, you must keep your flashlight charged using generators in order to find a key deep within the forest's ruins! Shining your light at a sinister variant tree will cause a face to sprout out which will alert the enemy!

Designed the enemy to dynamically switch between being bipedal and quadrupedal based on the situation.
Designed the enemy to dynamically switch between being bipedal and quadrupedal based on the situation.
Modeled, skinned, rigged, and textured all of the art assets using Maya and Adobe Substance 3D Painter, including creative use of blendshapes to bring the enemy and trees to life.
Using the Unreal Engine and its Niagara particle system, I brought the forest to life with its sparking electrical wires and eerie atmosphere.

Lightbringer is a horror game where you find yourself in a dark and dangerous forest.
There's a terrifying creature wandering these woods...
But be careful, as it's looking for you!
And if it finds you, you'll have to restart!
You can defend yourself using a trusty flashlight! But if it runs out, you'll need to recharge at a generator.
You must find the exit before the monster gets you... But first you need a key.
A key to the exit can be found somewhere deep within the forest...
But you must first search each of the forest's structures to find it!
Can you survive this nightmare and make your way to safety?
